The short version
There is no account to make, so the app does not know who you are. It has no analytics and no advertising, it does not track you, and Gean cannot see what you listen to.
No user accounts
You give no name and no email to use Heal. Settings and downloads live on your device. To know whether you have subscribed, the app uses a random identifier generated on your device, which cannot be traced back to you by us.
Who handles it
Kadeashiq Limited (kadeashiq.co, company number 17152090) holds and handles the information described in this policy on our behalf, as our data processor, acting only on our instructions. We remain responsible for it, and any request about your information comes to us.
Subscriptions
Some tracks are free. The rest need a subscription, and the price is shown in the app and in your store before you agree to anything. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, never by us, and we never see your card or your store account. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which is told the random identifier and what you have bought, and nothing else. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account.
The audio
Tracks are held on servers run by Supabase and delivered through short-lived links created when you press play. What you request is not logged against you. Tracks saved for offline listening stay on your device.
What the app does not do
- No analytics, and no crash or usage reporting that identifies you.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No location, contacts, photos or microphone.
- Nothing sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes.
Apple Health
Heal does not connect to Apple Health. It reads nothing from it and writes nothing to it.
Children
Heal is made for adults. It collects nothing that would identify a child, because it collects nothing that would identify anyone.
Your rights
Deleting the app removes everything on your device. To have your subscription record removed, email help@steps-to-rational-living.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. The website has its own policy.
